Shipping

Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days of the order being placed. A shipping confirmation will be emailed/texted within 2-4 business days from the day the order was placed. Please be advised that this is an estimate and does NOT include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will also receive an email with tracking information. Express processing and shipping available upon contact/request prior to submitting the order.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and received within the time frame stated, please make sure your address is entered completely and correct. If there are any problems with verifying the address, we will contact you to resolve any issue (s). If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service directly. All Things Skin does not hold responsibility for packages that states a status of “delivered” in USPS system. If you believe your package has been tampered with or stolen please contact your local USPS Station or 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). All packages are insured with the United States Postal Service.
