All sale items are final sale. no exchanges or refunds on discounted items. No exceptions.
No refunds or returns on any products sold. We offer exchanges on damaged products only. Exchanges are only permissible if item(s) are in perfect condition. Any opened items will not be accepted. No exceptions. Exchanges can only be of the same item if in stock. Any items not in stock can only receive a store credit for future purchases. Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of receipt of purchase. The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please email us first to initiate a return. Please do not return any merchandise to our warehouse without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation. Any items returned to our warehouse without notice or approval will be refused. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. No Exceptions.
